Veteran Owned and Operated
Before he became a licensed home inspection specialist, Rick was enlisted in the United States Airforce for 10 years—a foundational and transformative experience that instilled many of Rick’s defining qualities. In the military, Rick found a new appreciation for responsibility and service to others, and his characteristic attention to detail began to fully emerge. In 2002, Rick started his own energy management business, installing energy monitoring equipment primarily for commercial clients and assisting with energy usage reduction. Rick also performed these installations for residential properties, and the combined experience provided him with a unique and well-rounded knowledge of a home’s many critical systems.
